Courses available: 
The accredited courses in Project Management are nationally recognised qualifications, under the Australian Quality Training Framework. The courses available include:

   Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB41513) - for project practitioners
   Diploma of Project Management (BSB51413)  - for project managers
 


Who are they for?
The courses are designed for people already working in projects, depending on the level of qualification you are seeking. 

You should contact us if you are unsure of the level that you are currently working at.  For example, people undertaking major sub-projects or streams, within larger projects, may not necessarily have the title of Project Manager, however the work may still be managing projects.

How do the courses work?
The courses may be undertaken by: 

   Distance Study with support 
   Workshop followed by completion of assessment activities.

Either way, you can start at any time and are well supported both academically and administratively.

Course workshops may be customised to your organisations Project Management Methodology, OR, you may adapt The Arthur Group’s generic processes and templates to your context.
Course assessment includes application of learned principles, skills and tools to real projects the participant manages.
