About the Course
What is it?
The Certificate IV in Project Management Practice is a nationally recognised qualification, under the Australian Quality Training Framework.
Who is it for?
The course is for those who contribute to projects, without being responsible for the whole project. You may, for example, be undertaking a stream of work, within a project.
How does it work?
Your course may be undertaken by:
Distance Study with support
Workshop followed by completion of assessment activities.
Either way, you can start at any time and are well supported both academically and administratively.
Course workshops may be customised to your organisations Project Management Methodology, OR, you may adapt The Arthur Group’s generic processes and templates to your context.
Course assessment includes application of learned principles, skills and tools to real projects in which you participate.

This course is based upon the competency standards for Project Managers, which are based upon the PMBOK (A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, published by the Project Management Institute), and closely aligned to those of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).
