CERTIFICATE IV IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE
What is it?
The Certificate IV in Project Management Practice is a nationally recognised qualification, under the Australian Quality Training Framework.
Who is it for?
This qualification is for those who contribute to projects, without being responsible for the whole project. You may, for example, be undertaking a stream of work, within a project.
How does it work?
Certificate IV in Project Management Practice may be undertaken by:
- Distance Study with support
- Workshop followed by completion of assessment activities.
Either way, you can start at any time and are well supported both academically and administratively.
Course workshops may be customised to your organisations Project Management Methodology, OR, you may adapt The Arthur Group’s generic processes and templates to your context.
Course assessment includes application of learned principles, skills and tools to real projects in which you participate.

- Apply project human resources management approaches
- Apply project information management & communications techniques

- Apply project procurement procedures
- Apply project stakeholder engagement techniques
For your assessment, you will be asked how you contribute to the management of these key areas through the life cycle of projects – planning, managing and closing/reviewing.
