Project Induction Sessions
The Arthur Group design and deliver short, sharp and effective sessions to guide your people around your project management methodology or framework.
How does it work?
The Arthur Group become familiar with your project management framework – the process, the systems, the templates. We also become familiar with your experiences with people using the PM Framework, and establish key messages that need to be built into the induction session.
We work with you (to the degree that suits you) to develop an effective project induction session. In some cases these sessions are 2-3 hours, in others, the organisation prefers both induction + education and the induction sessions may run to a day or more.
Our people either deliver these sessions alone, or with a representative from the project management office or project environment, who assists with specifics relating to the everyday running of the business.
