Our involvement can be determined by you, we have:
- Designed the full project management methodology based on discussions with organisational staff.
- Co-developed project management methodologies with organisational staff – where we share the workload and guide the process.
- Facilitated learning/stakeholder workshops, where we explain theory around an aspect of project management, for example scope management, then practise on an organisational project, and then guide the organisational staff in developing their own template and process which then becomes the standard for the group or organisation.
