FACILITATION SKILLS FOR PROJECT PRACTITIONERS
Our facilitation skills workshops (one, two and three-day duration) were designed by client request, and have been rolled out to commonwealth departments, major utilities and major banks across Australia.
Who is this workshop for?
If you are in the project environment and find yourself faced with planning and delivering stakeholder workshops, you will benefit from this learning workshop. You may find yourself facilitating (or moderating) risk workshops, project planning workshops, problem solving workshops, requirements gathering workshops, lessons learned workshops and the list goes on.
These facilitated sessions may be formal, or the need for a facilitated approach may arise within a normal meeting. Either way, your confidence and skillset in planning and managing these workshops will expand with this learning workshop.
